My room had someone else's underwear in between my blankets, so I know they didn't change the sheets, or clean my room, I ask for another room.

Location is excellent. Staff is very professional and friendly.
Have stayed here several times before. This visit, three lights in the room were not operational - only one worked. There were NO washcloths in the bathroom. The only trash receptacle was in the bathroom. Still don't understand why no paper cups or tissues are provided in these rooms.

The location was perfect for my needs. It was conveniently situated right across from the hospital I needed to visit. The room itself was spacious and clean.
The breakfast choices were quite disappointing compared to other Extended Stay locations.

location was convenient
Paid extra for breakfast but didn't understand that it was a limited grab and go type service with coffee plus a poor selection of granola bar, apple or muffin. The kitchen appliances (coffee maker) and supplies like spoons, forks, cup, plates are not kept in the room kitchen; you have to check them out at the front desk and carry them to your room.

quiet and comfortable
Disability room was almost to the other end of the hallway of first floor rooms. I did expect my bed to be made, I was surprised that they don't make the bed or empty trash daily.
